Develop an Android application for Mobile and Tablets.

We are a Tech Company based out of Noida, where we work on a great number of technologies including, but not limited to, Website Design and Development, Mobile Apps Development, Oracle, ERP, Graphics Designing, Game Development, etc. As we deal into multiple technologies, we have got some good projects to work upon, however, we are running short of man power. Consider this project as a long term business association as we have many projects coming your way. So bid wisely as we are tight on budget.

Now I have an app project that needs to be developed within a week's time. The Design will be provided to the shortlisted freelancers/companies, along with other required details.

The responsibilities of a chosen candidate is to develop the app on Android, and develop it's web services on Joomla Platform, where from the admin can upload videos, images, news, announcements, voting polls, etc. Moreover, for user registration purpose, an SMS service API is to be integrated in registration form.
