Bubble Animation in jQuery to display relationship/network

I would like to display some simple family relationships using a "bubble network" similar to the bubbles used in the app "discovr music" (please see this link: [login to view URL]). It does not have to be a native iPhone app, but just a web app using jQuery. I've already uploaded a prototype with the general framework and all I need now is the animated bubbles on the first page. Please see the prototype here: [login to view URL] (I indicated the bubble network with an image from the music app) To enter the relationships, I would like to use a simple Excel-file that can be stored in a comma-separated csv-format.
