Blackberry App programmer - Expert needed

I need someone who has experience working with video. I have an app that was made for iphone and android but we have been having difficulty working with the blackberry platform. I need someone who is confident that they will be able to program for blackberry

I need someone to do the following:

- develop the app (videos supplied)

- test the app once finished

- debug any issues that come up

- upload app to the blackberry market

- give support after the app is uploaded so that users have time to use the app and give feedback. Modifications may be required if the app doesn't function well once in the market.

I would like a free version with 30 videos as an example people can download

The large version will have just over 300 videos.
