Blackberry 10 launcher for mobile browser games

I m looking for someone to create an Blackberry 10 mobile launcher supporting inapp products. Wrapper should show our xhtml/html5 website/webview games inside a native wrapper (create a native app that renders a webview control, so basically a browser without the chrome). Before each game starts there must be a shown advertising screen before the app starts. User can here either press "skip" or click on the link. Ad screen and link are drawn from our ad server. Here simply java script needs to be integrated. So to sum it up: 1. Wrap 5 webview games for Blackberry 10 App 2. Add Ad screen before the application starts via javascript 3.
