Build a website for smartphone using PHP,MySql,Twitter APIs.

Hi There!

We are looking for person who can build a website for smartphones(for both iphone and Android).

The website consider to be launched in Japanese so website needs to be compatible with it and

if it can handle with multilingual, it will be really great .

We will provide you with the wireframes(approximately 8~9pages) and database structure.

This project will require following skills.
