I like playing the Lottery. I wanted an application to automatically suggest good number combinations for me to bet on. So using my programming skills in Java, I have created a rudimentary lottery combination generating program. I would like to hire a web application developer to convert this basic program to a very simple yet user-friendly web application so that I can access it on the go using a smartphone. The algorithms are already in place, so this is really just a conversion.

Hi, I have worked with Java jars handling from PHP and have used their processing, specifically in PDF file processing domain on server end to produce a corporate web application for a client, and can get this done for you too.
