Create iphone and android App: Video Movie Creator

ACTIVITIES - for mobile smartphone and for platforms: iphone and android - create two apps: free app (restricted) & paid app - help to publish app on apple store and google play FUNCTIONALITY The app (on smartphone) should be able to: 1. analyze selected local video file(s) and selected local image file(s) (to find cool moments/part of images) (the factors to analyze are specified in detailed spec's) 2. analyze (aspects/factors in detailed spec's) selected local music file (the factors to analyze are specified in detailed spec's) 3. (based on selected video/image and music:) create dynamic video clip with different effects (where visual effects and music are synchronized/harmonized) (the factors to analyze are specified in detailed spec's) 4. video clip result: save locally & (help to) upload to facebook and youtube FURTHER INFO - inspired by existing software (10 years old) - full spec's, inspirational screencam(s) and output video(s) are available - (after discussing full details) please ensure you are able to produce really cool video's, the video's should at least have the same quality level / attractiveness as the samples provided APPROACH - you should: - work on fixed price with milestones - accept: 10% payment upfront, 10% UI, 30% beta, 30% live, 20% 3 weeks after live - be flexible to accomodate +/- 10% (small) changes (please include in budget) - create really cool user interface design for app (the materials should be re-usable for website to be created by other party) - create easy to use app ("monkey proof") - provide assigned projectmanager and technical lead (this may be same person) - provide a reference client - provide source code - prevent illegal software copy, reverse engineering, hacking, cracking of code - speak english well - have good skype connection - do not use us as a reference - we would like to get support from you the next years based on hourly rate. nnection and headphone set FURTHER CONDITIONS - you should sign nda before receiving full spec's - you should provide proof: - you are able to analyze video - you are able to analyze image - you are able to analyze music - you are able to create video effects - you are able to create cool user interface design - you are able to prevent hacking, etc of code
