Add IAP and some tweaks to an existing iOS app

I have a universal iOS app that embeds users' photos into the a children eBook. This project will consist of a several enhancements to my app: #1 Implementing In-App Purchase, as I would like to move my app from paid to free + IAP model #2 Changing the Settings Menu implementation from a pop-up menu to a full screen #3 Tweaking the current personalization (user's photo selection) flow and interface #4 Implementing "bonus" pages. i.e. pages that are hidden before a user does a certain action. #5 Adding a method to start an animation of an item: by linking to the number of items already animated on the same page Application URL: [login to view URL]!/id489782818?mt=8 Important note: I am looking for an independent developer, not a company/agency.
