Android & iOS countdown timer

BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF YOU MEET THE BELOW 4 POINTS 1. You are quoting on an iphone and Android app. I need this app to be cross platform. Do not bother bidding if you cannot deliver both. 2. Don’t bother bidding if you are a project manager. Your fees will put this project outside my budget so please don’t waste my time or yours. 3. If you bid $200 and then quote me $600, you are wasting your time. 4. You will provide files ready to upload to both the Apple and Google apps stores. All artwork, fonts and colour scheme will be provided (This is all ready to go as you can see by the attached example image) This is a simple 3 page app that must work on both iOS and Android. See the attached image as a quick guide. The entire app doesn't use any generic buttons or selection lists. It is completely customised. The app is a simple countdown timer. A person presses a button and the app begins a countdown. The 3 pages are broken down below: =========== - Home page - The home page displays some basic information. There is a button that will securely query a database on the internet to check if it has the latest data. To update the data in the app, the data will only be a few Kilobytes. It will be tiny. There is a row of buttons across the bottom as seen in the example image. =========== - Selection menu - There are 2 groups/lists of items available for selection. These items have radio buttons so only one item can be chosen from the first section and only 1 item from the second. After the user selects 1 item from the first section and another item from the second section, they press a button to move to the timer page. At this point, the app will pull information from the local smartphone database and display it on the timer page. =========== - Timer page - There will be up to 8 buttons (timers) available on this page. Sometimes there will be 1 timer, sometimes 5 and sometimes all 8. This will depend on which options they select from the previous page (Selection Menu). When a person presses one of the timer buttons, it begins the countdown. If you repress the button whilst the countdown is going, it resets back to the total time and is ready to start the countdown again. When the timer has 10 seconds left its countdown text flashes orange and the device also vibrates for a short burst. When the timer completes there is an audible beep and the button flashes red for 3 seconds then resets back to the total time and is ready to start the countdown again. =========== More information will be provided to the successful bidder.
