App for Expo (map, pdf-catalogue, list of exhibitors, event program)

I need Universal application (both iPhone, including new one, and iPad) for Expo. 1.5 WEEK MAXIMUM (it's better if faster).
First screen with 4 buttons, and placeholder for banner.
1) Map: is just zoomable rotatable image, pinch to zoom.
2) PDF-catalogue: something like reader. Swipe to change page and 2 pages in landscape mode.
3) List of Exhibitors: just a table with Name, small logo, and small description. If clicked shows detail page with information, email and link.
4) Event program: table with 2 sections for 2 days. If clicked shows detail page with information.
How much will it cost & how fast you can do that. I need to send it for review in Apple not later than 25th.
