Auto send text message app

Hi, I'd like to do a very simple one-function iphone app that sends text messages automatically when certain things happen on the phone, such as loss of network. I'd like this to work with iMessage and regular text messages. It is very stripped down and runs in the background of the iPhone. I will supply all graphics and UI design so you will know exactly how it will look and work before you even start.- You simply do the coding! This is my fourth iPhone application, so I know the system works. Thanks so much Devang
