Basic Mobile App

A basic and simple App that helps people pick between two choices. these choices could be as simple as deciding to go out for lunch or not, or as complex as picking which of two products to purchase. sometimes people have a hard time picking between two colors or or two dishes. I want an app that takes in the info from the user and then instantly posts it for rating by other users.
