The app i am looking to create is one that uses video to track moving objects. The app has to be able to detect when a basketball is being shot and if it makes it in the basket or misses it. There are a bunch of functions that i would like the app to do but i believe they will be the easier part. The main part of the app has to be able to use the phones camera to detect if a basketball is made or not from multiple different angles. I am looking for someone who has the skills to create such a function and also someone who is a good communicator and can create this app in a timely fashion.
