Bluetooth device management App

We require an simple mobile App (Android or IOS) to manage pairing protocols of multiple paired Bluetooth devices . i.e., Bluetooth device B will pair with mobile phone device cause i.) Mobile phone will seek to pair with Bluetooth device C and/or D,E, etc When Bluetooth device B un-pair with mobile phone i.) Mobile phone may send a un-pair command to C and/or D,E, etc the paired devices will receive only ID command protocols from the App Minimum requirements; Significant experience; a.) mobile apps, b.) Bluetooth BLE 4.0 c.) Smart phone hardware and software, i.e., temperature sensor, motion sensor, accelerometer, etc Due to the simplicity of this project, we will only entertain quotes of less than three weeks delivery After the development of this prototype we will ODM e app commands as firmware Thanks for viewing our project
