Build custom iPhone app - \"Tweets Near Me\"

Please read the entire project description before placing a bid to ensure that you fully understand my requirements. I want someone to build an app for iPhone (I want to start on iOS platform and then possibly branch out to Android and BlackBerry if successful) that is very similar to the Twitter app for iPhone, but that can display tweets within a certain distance of the user. I believe the app must use iPhone's Location Services for this to work, but I don't know much about programming so I'm not 100% sure. Ideally, this app would somehow work without having to attach "location" to tweets, as I know there are many twitter users who do not enable this feature. Please include with your bid whether or not you can build it with or without this feature. Features this app needs to have: - Connects to your Twitter account as an "authorized app" (can access your profile, photo, tweets, etc.) - Tab: Timeline Feed (works exactly as timeline appears in the Twitter app, showing tweets of users you follow) - Tab: Connect (works exactly the same as how the current Twitter app displays interactions with you, such as mentions, new followers, retweets, favorites, etc.) - Tab: Me (works exactly the same as the current Twitter app - shows your profile, photo, bio, tweets, favorited tweets, following, followers, tweet count, etc.) - Tab: Tweets Near Me - this is the main functionality and purpose of this app - this should include a timeline of any and all tweets that have been sent from within the specified tweet radius (see below) - Tab: Hashtags Near Me - similar to the Tweets Near Me tab, but instead of displaying all tweets, it should only display tweets containing hashtags - Tab: Photos Near Me - similar to the Hashtags Near Me tab, but only displays tweets that include photos (i.e. from [login to view URL], instagram, twitpic, and similar twitter photo services, etc.) - Setting: Tweet Radius - allow user to specify the radius/distance of nearby tweets (i.e. if I want to see tweets within 5 kilometres or tweets within 50 kilometres, etc.) - Tab: Search (works exactly the same as searching for a hashtag or specific string on twitter) I have graphic/design background and can provide the look/feel of how I'd like the interface to look and how I want everything arranged, I just don't have the technical skills to program it. As mentioned above, I would like this app to somehow work with ALL tweets, even if geo location is not attached to tweets. I am not sure if this is possible, but if it is, it would be great if it can be done. This is a summary of the main functionality I'd like the app to have. I have some additional ideas that I can describe later, but there's no point in getting into that unless the items I've mentioned above can be done. Please include with your bid a list/link of apps you have built, as well as your best estimate of how long it will take for you to complete this project. Please be specific about what features can and cannot be included (i.e. if there's something I've mentioned that absolutely won't work). This project has the opportunity for ongoing and future work if successful, as I would like to continually update it and add new features as Twitter evolves (I would also like to build similar apps for Android and BlackBerry platforms if it is successful).
