Consumer related App

This is my first time using this site so I'm not sure on where to put this, but I'm looking for someone in the San Francisco/Bay Area to make it easier to meet. **I'm also looking for an equity Partner rather than hiring someone on a salary basis** Like most people, I have an app idea but no programming experience. I work in finance, but the app I have in mind is consumer related. I don't want to get into too many details on a public site, which is another reason I'm looking for someone local. The main details are: -the initial programming base can be licensed from another company or we can work on it ourselves. -payment will be majority equity, but will also involve to be determined milestone payments -there will need to be a website as well -I'm open to contracting out smaller parts of the programming in order to expedite the process -this is a consumer app/website, but the monetary focus is a monthly recurring revenue stream -I'm currently working on the marketing side (have the name, website address- currently working w/designers on the templates/icons/tagline) Again, I want to stress I'm looking for a partner. Ideally we would meet, sign an NDA, and then I can fully explain the idea. If you think it's a viable and profitable idea and I think we're a good fit, then we can take it to the next step. Thanks!
