I have a fairly basic idea to build a GPS app to direct you to your locations just as a normal GPS app would such as Google Maps but instead of being the same as that having the ability to tap a button the app and notify all other drivers using that app there is a Police Officer sitting near that location. If a area is notified with a officer quite frequently the map will turn red creating a speed zone that will keep drivers from getting as many speeding tickets by knowing the common locations of police officers in other towns. I don't have any app building abilities and would only be supplying the money and the idea. If the amount of 750 - 1500 is to low then please message me and I will change it.

Hi there, From what I remember Google Maps specifically states that one can't use their service for a navigation system. I do have another tricky up my sleeve though and that entails "Sphere's of influence", meaning people would map the location of the officer and then attach a custom/predetermined radius, meaning when you enter that radius then the app could vibrate / turn red, meaning slow down. This method might work better as it's not reliant on roads, which can change over time and wouldn't reflect in the mapping software until the database is updated. I hope to hear from you soon.
