Add features iOS photo/video mobile app

Mobile photo and video overlay application Customization of existing program We are looking for either source code (iOS) or a solution to manipulate text and graphics over a photo and video. Our current app is live on the app store (SNAPPTiON) and we need to urgently add this feature. We also have some bugs in the code causing a crash on video and some extra work that will stem from finding the solution to this project. 1. Scale and rotate text over image and video 2.
