Android App editing and finishing

Will need android app to be updated/edited and finished(app currently in javascript). sorry to have to say but I Will need a Confidentiality agreement signed(I will provide)(before getting into deep detail). Here is the overall, of what will be needed. The app will have a number of 18 distinctive pages(a pdf or JPEG file for the display for each page will be provided) There are 25 images that will replace 1 image(in the same location) on 10 of the 14 disinctive pages. The 10 pages are practically the same page which transition the wordings based on the click of a timer(there are two different timers). 5 of the 10 pages will transition from one to another. The other 5 pages will do the same, except, will not connect with the other 5 pages at all.(the only difference between the two sets of 5 are two different languages) 2 of the 18 distinctive pages will be main pages(in two different languages) Will need to be able to navigate to the other language by one click and back to the other with a click in the same location. 2 of the 18 distinctive pages will be the connection page between the 2 main pages(in the two different languages) and 2 more pages of the 18 distinctive pages(in the two different languages)( which connect with the two sets of 5 pages(in the two different languages)) 2 of the 18 distinctive pages will connect from the main pages(in the two different languages), and contain pdf files showing information(in the two different languages) the links between the pages are made up of buttons and clickable text. Will need to be able to enable zoom for one or a few of the pages. Also, a share link that allows sharing(which unlocks a 30 of the 35 images(not simulteanously,)according to points which are earned with shares on facebook social networking site/app). There will need to be some security work done so it may be google play ready and safe(no bugs or way for attackers to breach, etc...) the timer will be visible as soon as the designated buttons are clicked(there are two). the images and text and even button locations, and the (just about)exact replica of each page(will be provided for use in the app(for background) if possible) Any more detail necessary for quote, please ask.
