Android & IOS Developer - Long Term Partnership

I'm looking for a long term partnership that I can send 10-20 apps per month possibly more. This person would be in charge of developing apps in both Android and IOS. (Payment for IOS would depend on approval from Apple first). For each app I will give as much content and graphics as possible, just leaving the programming to you. Time Frame Requirements: - New App 8 - 10 Hours - New App that Copies Existing Developed App - 1 - 3 Hours (My last developer would usually get brand new apps done in as little as 5-6 hours, and existing apps 1 hour, unfortunately he was hired on full time and now he doesnt' have as much time to develop new applications) Knowledge Requirements: - Detailed understanding of Android & IOS (Not just a JAVA Developer) - Be able to download and dissect current apps in the marketplace for API ideas - Knowledge with Ad Platforms (iAds, Admob, Ad Whirl, inMobi What Can you expect from me? I will assist you with whatever I can in a very timely manner, I'm always available on Google Talk. Again, I can supply all graphics, buttons, etc. I'm looking for someone to handle the heavy programming lifting. Most of these apps will be content driven, however there will be a few that also are dynamic (Weather Reports, etc, that will require an API)
