Android Multicast to C# MSR.LST.NET.RTP

I have a C# application that uses the [login to view URL] dll to create an RTP Session and RTP Sender/Receiver to send and receive large images between others of the same application. All of these applications join the session on startup. I need a "Proof of concept" Android app that can connect to and join the RTP Session that is running in the C# application and allow for sending and receiving images between the C# application and the Android app. An ImageView to show the received image and a Button to send an image to the C# application is all that's required. As this app will be receiving up to 25 frames per second, threading must make the best use of receiving the packets, converting to images and showing them. I will provide the C# application/code for testing. This has an event RtpStreamAdded that the Android app needs to register with when setting up. I have tried MulticastSockets and this works to receive packets from the C# application but as it doesn't register the RtpStreamAdded event in the C# application, the c# application does not receive packets from the Android app. This will form part of a bigger app and may result in further work.
