Android + Web App developers wanted to build a product for starting-up

I've this billion dollar idea for which I'm looking for someone who is an expert in android, UI/UX and web development to build an entire ecosystem and solution. I'm a software engineer myself, but I do not the have expertise in this field which I'm trying to build hence seeking out for freelancers.
