First of all, after i get informed about what type of app you would like to be built, i would most likely start sketching it on a piece of paper, then i'll start making the graphic elements in photoshop. After that i will finish building it in Android Studio or App Inventor 2.

First, I will take your basic requirements and then I will make the designs of it on paper like a sketch of the app. For ease, i will divide the project into milestones, so it will be easy for both of us.
