Thanks for inviting me to bid on this project, it's exactly the kind of project I'm suited for. I have written several Android apps that interface with BlueGiga's BLE modules. I have used these modules in the design of several products including two medical devices recently. I also have lots of example code to work from so I'm sure I can deliver what you're looking for pretty quickly. I have a DKBLE development board and a BLE121, but not a DKBT board or the BT121 module. I'm also very familiar with programming these modules using both BGScript and bgapi C library if needed.
