I'm looking for a programmer that can create at first a simple Android app that will allow me to send a popup message to a PC and Mac. Similar to the way a text message would work but instead I will type my messages in the Android app instead. I believe I will also have to install an app or script on the PC and Mac that are to receive these messages. I'd like the messages to appear on the PC and Mac in large very large font on the screen so that they cannot be missed. Max bid $100
