App to save browser pinch zoom setting

I have a customer that wants to use a cloud application that is not built for mobile browsers. To make the application more readable and use-able, the customer has to pinch-zoom on every page of the site to get it to fit properly. We want to be able to save the pinch/zoom setting in the browser so that those pages load with the same zoom level every time. I have not yet been able to find an existing application that does this exactly how we need. I have also been unable to find a browser that has a setting for this. We would need a small, intrusive application that would remember the pinch-zoom level selected for the browser and keep that saved until the pinch-zoom is changed again. The app should have the following specifications. Each specification has a GOOD and BETTER version. Developers who are able to deliver on the BETTER solutions for the same or competitive pricing will have an advantage. 1. GOOD: Works with a single browser (i.e. Chrome or Firefox). BETTER: Work with all browsers 2. GOOD: Setting should be saved while browser is open BETTER: Setting should be saved while device is powered on and only reset after a reboot. 3. GOOD: Code updates should be guaranteed for a period of time (i.e. 2 years) to ensure compatibility with future versions of Android/Browser. BETTER: Application should be compatible with future versions of Android and Browsers as much as possible.
