Augmented Reality Android and iOS App

I need a Holiday iOS and Android App created. App will be capable of scanning a pre-specified logo or image and displaying a snow effect Also has a manual mode to trigger the effect without scanning. I would like the "magic" to come from the center of the image (or from the trigger image) "out" toward the user. I have included a few links to GIFs that I think capture what I have in mind. It doesn't necessarily need to be snowflakes or a Christmas tree, even "magical" glitter would work. I have also included a mock screenshot to give you an idea of what I would like the app to look like. Here is what I have in mind: 1) App opens, and it is just the frame with the image from the camera showing through 2) User pushes the "Scan" button 3) Something should happen to make it clear that the app is "scanning" for magic, the "Scan" button should change to "Scanning" and perhaps the lights glow, maybe a beeping sound, maybe a bar of light goes back and forth across the screen (like the light on a copy machine) 4) For the "manual" version, this "scanning" mode lasts a few seconds, and then the "magic" effect kicks in; for the "trigger image" mode, the "scanning" mode stays on until the trigger image is recognized, then the "magic" effect kicks in 5) The "magic" effect should be overlaid either on top of the trigger image or from the center of the screen "out". Ideally it would start small and then grow, sort of like a firework. When the "magic" effect is triggered, there could also be some text displayed, such as "Santa's Magic Found!"; maybe also a "magic" sound like tinkling or something.
