Camera iPad App

Hi, this is a very simple iPad app. Attached you will find a set of mockup screens.

First screen: company logo, a graphic on the left and scrollable UI list view to the right. Cell of UI list will contain name and last name of a person and an image container. Search box at the top will allow to search within ui list.

Second screen: Tapping on a cell goes to detail view in which there's a navigation button a text box to input text (serial number caption, here call numeric keyboard as default) and a large button.

Tapping on the large button opens a modal view.

Third screen: This is a modal view which displays information previously entered like serial number and name and last name of person.

Square with happy face is a live view of the iPad's frontal camera and white canvas next to it is where user will trace his signature using his finger.

Button on the lower left corner makes a screen capture and saves to camera roll

Button to its right clears canvas in case user didn't trace his signature correctly

Button to the lower right closes modal view with no changes saved

Fourth screen: Alert that notifies user that his signature and picture were saved to camera roll

Fifth screen: After closing alert in previous screen user is taken to first screen but image container now has user's pic and cell design changes adding a new label that lets the user know that the process was completed
