Hi, for server-mobile app communication, I suggest to use RESTful model with JSON data. It will be clearer and recommended more than xml. After checking the example app that you mentioned, I believe I can do a copy of it easily. I am familiar with Google Map API, Recycler View, Card View, along with Material Design patterns. I am also an expert in Git source control so it can help you to review code better. I am very responsible and I can stick with the project for as long as you want. I work using Android Studio (Android) and Xcode (iOS). The product will have better performance as well as more flexible comparing to other hybrid mobile platforms.
