Create Android application

It is necessary to develop a mobile application for android with provided design. The user entering the application creates a new order and selects one of two sections: "cars" or "real estate". Fills the required search parameters, then indicates search period (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month). Depending on selected period, the cost of the order changes. Then, user makes a payment. Payment is made by credit card. The created order must be stored in the database on the server (in the order, the order id, the order date and paid period must be fixed). The search parameters depend on selected section. For cars, this is: brand, model, year of manufacture, engine size, etc. For the section of real estate, they are: the city, the type of real estate (new building, private house ....), type of advertisement (sale or rent), area, number of rooms, etc. List of brands, models, cities, etc. must be loaded into the application upon login. It is also necessary to develop a web-service which, with a periodicity of 1 minute, will search in our database for announcements only for those orders that have been paid for. When such an order is found, the web service must send a notification to the mobile application. In the mobile application, notifications must be saved for later viewing. During the paid period, the user can change the search parameters (except the number of search days and the section). The database with ads has already been created and it is on our server. The payment will be provided when the work is completed.
