Create Android camera application

I need an Android app developed per the following requirements: Must work on a Samsung Galaxy S7 and Google Pixel XL phones. APK and source code provided once project is paid and finished. Please view the attached mockup and review the requirements noted below. The app needs to do the following: Have a red button that the user clicks to start recording video. Have a gear icon that the user clicks to configure the app. Have a information icon that user clicks to learn more about the app. Once the red button is clicked, the device screen will go completely black however the device will still be recording audio and video. The black screen must cover the entire device, nothing must be seen except black screen. This is a critical requirement. The user will double tap on the black screen to stop recording and close the app. The user also can stop recording by clicking the home button to terminate the app. Additional requirements: Gear icon allows user to configure the following settings: Choose Front or Rear camera Path to save recorded video. Default location is wherever Android OS default is. Setting to start recording immediately once the app is open (default = unchecked) Information icon allows to user to read the following instructions: “Press the record button to start recording audio and video in stealth mode. Your screen will go black, but the app will still be recording. Double tap the screen to stop recording and close the app.” Information screen will need space for Google ad banner.
