Create a Mobile Application

We are a company that provides software solutions to small business owner. We would like a mobile application built for our clients that will allow them do the following: Have access to select modules within our software Have access to certain functions offline - once online the app will synch up again and make the required updates We have an onsite team of developers that will create an API to facilitate the work App should include a module for GPS Check-ins so that office staff are able to determine where there staff member is. We will require a tool that will need to be incorporated into our software that will allow office staff to look up their staff on a map to allow them to assign emergency jobs based on location. App will also require a mapping tool to allow the user to look up directions. Our developers will need to review the code once a week to make sure we are on track Once the project is complete we will maintain the program on our end - the request is only for the initial build of the product Our development will provide the coding standards The application must be written with HTML, CSS, Javascript. The application must be iOS and Android compatible, utilizing tools such as Cordova. The code base must be stored in our code repository, hosted on Bitbucket.
