Dimension Data Mobile App We need to create a mobile app / site with the following elements: Splash Page with logo and loading screen Home / Menu screen with a rotating banner which can be updated via administration system. The menu needs to have the following buttons: - My Services - Contact - Resources - 1st Day Absence - Psychometric - MSK - Safety Risk - Call Now - Grid There also needs to be a burger menu with the following menu items: - Home - Contact Us - Login - Register - Services - Search - Profile - Help When you click on the main screen menu items the following actions take place: My Services Opens up a new menu with the following links: - Telephone Counselling - Face-to-Face Counselling - E|Care Services - Trauma Counselling - LifeManagement Services - Confidentiality The above links to through to content pages of approximately 1 x A5 page content each. Contact The Contact link goes through to a contact page with contact information and a feedback form. Resources Resources will go through to go through to a page with various downloads that will have to be uploaded through an administration system. 1st Day Absence The 1st Day Absence section will ask 5 questions which based on the assessment provide the user with three options. - Contact Us Now (When clicked dials a specific number which is updateable through the admin system) - Contact Dr. (When clicked dials a specific number which is updateable through the admin system) - Book a session now (When clicked submits a request for a session with a specific email address that is updated through the admin system) Psychometric The user enters a series of questions. The user then enters credit card details and submits a payment. The information then gets capture into the back-end admin system to be processed offline. MSK The MSK section will ask 5 questions which based on the assessment provide the user with three options. - Contact Us Now (When clicked dials a specific number which is updateable through the admin system) - Contact Dr. (When clicked dials a specific number which is updateable through the admin system) - Book a session now (When clicked submits a request for a session with a specific email address that is updated through the admin system) Call Now When the use clicks on Call Now they have the option of either calling into ICAS or requesting a call back. With the callback their information is automaticly sent to a specific email address which is updated in the admin system so we can contact them back. Other features required for the system is: Registration The users of the company will be provided with one unique registration code to enter their registration details on.
