Create functional activities based off my mockups

I have a wireframe that i would like to have made in to a simple android app that connect the activities. We will build this as a demo shell for other parts of the app in the future, but for now i'm looking to make this functional . Later we will work on the details and core functionality, but for now make this a simple clean functional app that we can walk thru.
