Debug project based on Xcode Autolayout UICollectionView UItextfield

I have a project set up under Xcode autolayout, UICollectionViews, Three in one View. What i want is 1). when UITextfield is tapped, UIScrollView move up to keep UITextfield in the view in order for user to type a number, when user taps done button, Keyboards should hide and keep UICollectionview in the View, This should work for all iPhone and iPad sizes. At the moment I can tap on the textField but TextField goes hidden under keyboard, when done button tapped whole UICollection view hides. 2) I want uiCollection view to scroll smoothly when scrolls. At the moment its scroll down ok but scrolling up goes to origin (0 0). I want it to scroll pixel by pixel. Look at images. I will explain if needed. In short I want it stay like image 1 before and after keyboard shown. and can show what i mean by smooth scrolling.
