Develop an iPhone application - Large Project (long term relationship, future projects)

A basic application that has 2 sides (Admin and User). User first signs up and creates account. User then selects interests ( boardgames, sports, chess, etc.). User is then presented a newsfeed of related events based off of interests. User can select event and gain more information. Once User joins event, messages can be sent to User - Admin, Admin-User. Updates in the future will go to Users phones from Admin . As far as the Admin side, Admin creates account based off of specific criteria. Once cleared for account, Admin creates event and seeks Users to join. Admin updates Users in the future. I have designed a database to be used for this application Functionally and controls are crucial. I will design UI Price will be based off Phases (will discuss during interview) Documentation skills are a MUST I am looking for an experienced developer, very well rounded and independent. I need an IOS development. Android development and web applications is a plus. Experience is key. I would like to view a portfolio. I am looking for long term relationship, I would like to refer to you for bug fixes and updates in the future. Comments in projects is needed. My father is a programmer who will verify and add features to this application years down the line. If satisfied with IOS application, I will hire again for Android based application, as well as, web application with a separate budget. More details upon interview.
