Develop an ios application for news

This application will have 3 sections:

1) Side bar ( to select Politician, Political Party and Favorites). It will have keyword search option to search politician or party.

2) News Headline Section: It will have news of Politician/Party selected in the Side bar. User can mark any news as Achievement or Scandal by selecting it. Every politician or party will have it own scandal and achievement.

3) Detailed News Section: it will have detailed news of the headline selected in News Headline Section. Data will be fetched from external website via html parsing and populated here. I have an android app which is bit similar to this. It fetches detailed news even if external website changes its html tag or class name.

Attached 2 Loading page icons. I need a circle which fills up with color and % loading is mentioned in between the circle. Need nice effect

Application should look really cool. Sharing few images to give you the feel how I want my application to look like. No Compromise on UI.
