Develop java android app to detect changes in Internet connections.

The app must be only in java for Android 4.0 and above. The information should be viewed in real-time, as the picture attached “internet [login to view URL]” The display shows three types of information: type A, type B and type C, as commented below. A- Current internet connections available that can be used on the phone, in real time. A1-“only wifi connection” A2-“only mobile data connection” A3-“both connections” A4-“any connection” B- Current Internet connection that my phone is using, in real time B1-“wifi” B2-“mobile data” B3-“No connection” C- List of changes in the connections when a change occurs in "A" or "B". When I open the app it writes the first line of text with the current situation "A1,A2,A3 or A4" and "B1,B2 or B3" and then enter more lines when changes occur, with the date and time. Example line of text: “datatime – A4” “datatime – B4” In some cases it also must write a particular line of text, the text line (R B1 or R B2) must be written 3 seconds after it happens , in red. If A4 changes to A1  line of text: datatime - “R B1” If A4 changes to A2  line of text: datatime - “R B2” If A4 changes to A3  line of text: datatime - “R B1” If A3 changes to A2  line of text: datatime - “R B2” If A2 changes to A1  line of text: datatime - “R B1” If A2 changes to A3  line of text: datatime - “R B1” If A1 changes to A2  line of text: datatime - “R B2” The app should run in the background on the phone and continue registering the connection changes in the list. This should have a button to close the app, when you close the lines of text are deleted. It is only for my personal use, the design is not important. The most important is to use a simple code, but that works well in real time. At the end I need the code app and also the "APK" file to use. Thanks
