creat 4 pages using bootstrap - open to bidding

Hi, Here are some details: - I work only via freelance escrow. - I need good UI and I also need good code. - You need to 100% use bootstrap. - You have to do test job (small part of project). - I will ask for new job after this is done for additional money and I hope you will agree to do it. - You have to know what refactoring and code duplication mean. - all data for pages are stored into xml files. I want to have a site where people will submit softwares. Similar site is http://download.cnet.com. For the start I will be needed 4 pages. Before I select you, you need to create test page. It is part of the project. I do not need source code of it. I need only picture and your css file (I hope you will not create any custom css and all will be done using [login to view URL]).
