Hi there ! I can give you pretty good tutorial about the listed things. We are going to need couple of hours to clarify and practice them. Paging on list view and grid view is easier than you expect (or it will become after our meeting). Repeater control is not hard as well, I will come up with comparing table between all of the data-driven controls. And for the first one if you plan to do some kind of chat system - it can be done by multiple ways, it will depends on your personal view of how you want to see the things happening.
