ASP.NET AJAX Server Control

Need an experienced ASP.NET AJAX developer to create a server control. The control should copy the Office 2007 ribbonbar, so includes a dropdown menu, tabs, toolbar buttons and toolbar dropdowns.
Data binding should be possible using various sources, e.g. objects, datasets, datatables, webservice etc. Also must include a possibility to build the ribbon items at design time. Skinning must be done through CSS, so multiple skins can be created. Must include complete server-side and client-site API.
Project includes:
- Development of the control according to specifications
- Creation of 1 example skin
- Understandable and complete documentation, with examples of use (so good English communication skills are required).
