Create a copy trader program which can trade multiple Binary Option user accounts simultaneously. - repost 2

I need a experienced coder/ programmer/ software developer to put together a fully functional copytrader programme which is able to connect to the chosen brokers, set a trade size, expiry time and execute the trades on each connected accounts/ brokers.(all at the same time) The program needs to be very fast! less than 1 second is a must!!! [login to view URL] Beeoptions http://www.beeoptions.com/.& Goptions [login to view URL] I need the software to be able to choose from a list of expiry times. 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, , 30 minutes, 1 hour, The programme needs to be able to have multiple user accounts & Brokers traded at the same time. The trades need to be executed within preference of between 0 seconds & 0.5 seconds from the generation of the MT4 signal The trade amount needs to changeable from either in percentage of account balance or trade size ($25.00) 2 selectable options Each connected user account needs to have it's own separate trade size which can be edited when necessary. Each connected user account needs to be able to be turned on/ off. Each connected user account should be able to choose which broker/s will be trading on. Multiple brokers can be selected for each user to be traded on at the same time (configurable.) The software must be coded with an API recognition system. (so that an EA or scipr running on Metatrader 4 can be used with this copytrader to automatically send the trading signals when generated.
