DFCS Authorization - Phase I Add On

What needs to happen is that the columns # of Sessions, Units, Dollar Limit under the Consumer Payer Information section should no longer be gotten from the database or stored in the database. The 3 column values in the Consumer Payer Information should be computed based on the Services Authorized detail values. Whenever the page loads or the values in Services Authorized change, that should cause a re-computation of the corresponding values in the Consumer Payer Information section. The read only fields at the top should be the sum of all the individual service authorization rows at the bottom. So if there are two child service authorizations where one row has 15 units and another row has 50 units then the unit value up top in the Payer Information should the sum of the two child rows or 65 total units. You would compute the dollar amount and the number of sessions the same way. Take a look at the attached document and give me an estimate of what it will cost in time and money to make these changes.
