C# a small piece of code is required

We are looking for a very experienced C# programmer who can perform the following task. a) create a grid object where end user can enter text and/or numbers on different cell like in excel file b) user will write some thing like a small script , an example is mentioned bellow 1. var x; 2. if( a1 > a2){ 3. a3 = a1-a2; 4. a4= #a1 || "is greater then" || #a2; 5. } 6. else{ 7. a3=a2-a1; 8. a4= #a2 || "is greater then" || #a1; 9. } Notes: || is used as concatenation operator ; statement terminator # will work like a pointer to the the value of the cell of all rows a1, a2, a3 contain numeric values a4 contains text strings This is a rough idea as a layman, you can make any changes in the example code to make it work and apply it on gird values under C#. The basic concept is to execute an external script in C# language. I think this can be done in a better way using MS-Excel object / add-on but its up to you.
