ASP.NET Simple Facebook Inventory Application One page. SQL DB Driven - repost

I need someone to develop a single page Facebook application written in C# and asp.net. Database will be SQL Server.
I have users in the database and their inventory of Items. I want to give capability to each user to click a button and it will take them to facebook and if they already have a business page it should install that app for that user.
The page will display exactly as this page. Please let me know if you can do this. Each page will display total of 8 items.
Here is a good example what i am looking for. If you can duplicate this, this is what i want look and feel wise :)

You will show me a working App and send all the source code and deployment steps etc.
You can create an ASP.NET page to demo it for a few test users. I don't think you need to do this with SQL Server. You can hard code the data! But i should be able to replace those with dynamic data from the sql database and load the Inventory FB page.
