Convert Db scripts to .bak file

I have a .bak file in Sql Server. I want to convert the bak file to my sql server version 10.00.2531

I am trying to restore the .bak file and shows below error

So, you can either create a .bak file from DB Script file attached or

restore the .bak file and convert it into my sql server compatible.
