Create a .Net Interface to Quickbooks Database

We need .net 4.0 objects developed in C# that will connect to "ANY" Quickbooks database, which will be directly accessible by the web server on the same network. The developed objects should be able to provide to us all of the Quickbook database tables and columns, including all the custom defined ones, with drill-down capability. Through our existing web app (not for you to build) we should be able to incorporate these objects and through an asp.net page we should be able to utilize the methods that you will be providing to us to click on a column on any row and drill down to the other tables that are linked to that specific column in the database.

We will utilize these objects in an asp.net application, so the end product should demonstrate to us the capability to connect to any Quickbook database and provide all of its tables and columns printed on the webpage served through the IIS web server with drill down capability.

We will want 100% of the source code of the finished project with clear documentation and proper commenting. 100% of the source code and ownership of the intellectual property will be turned over to us. If you end up having to use any third party tool we we will want clear documentation of such with any licensing implications clearly noted as well. Any third party licensing fees must be a part of your bid and licensing reflected upon us should not limit us from using this software on multiple servers and/or on multiple web site domains perpetually.
