Company database website design

we need to make a website of our company to manage the database of our employees. curently we have a team of 1000 peoples woring with us. What we need is we are hiring more peoples, once person is intrested in doing job with us, he comes to our website site or simply emails, an auto responder should response back and reply him with a registration code. once he gets registered his his email should be stored in our database. we will hire like this our employees. once the selection has been done and we need to give the task to our peoples, we make one assignment and mail to all of them into single company email. we can also check the work what they have done.
