Hello,

I need to have ASP.NET page that permit user to enter email and some optional info and then click Submit it will send email with attachment.

Please go to [url removed, login to view] , fill out the form and you will see how the program works.

- I need to have the same application with same feature but in .NET using C# VS 2005.

- The design (description, button, picture...) must be the same of current ASP page.

- You can assign a folder in config file to put attachment file(s).

- The program will need to send all files ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view])in that folder on server.

- You should be able to host the page so I can test.
