Create a Portable App Menu/Database

This project will require you to download an application called SyMenu from [login to view URL] Once downloaded, have a good look at the tooklit and the options. Once you've a clear picture of what this application does then head on over to another site [login to view URL] and download Ketarin. Same again, run it and see what it does. What I would like: Because I currently run Symenu along with Ketarin there are several issues that keep me from protecting my project and make is far to easy for people to come along and pirate the project. I would like a customer built version of SyMenu with roughly the same options, lite weight, not a CPU hoarder, easy to use and runs pretty much the same as the current setup plus a few adjustments. Ketarin: When you start using this application it creates a SQLite database file which Ketarin stores all the information of the applications within. What I would like is too have the Symenu/Ketarin/SQLite all built into one application. If building them into one doesn't seem the right way then atleast having Ketarin/SQLite built together, currently to open Ketarin I have to run a batch file which reads what the database is called and tells Ketarin to open and then shows the current list. I need to scrap that entire idea and have it all built into one application. Please only bid on this project only after you've downloaded the above files and studied them, don't just bid straight away, you will be rejected immediately. Please provide a demo even if its a video of what I am after, then we will discuss the main project.
